What you'll do

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities across various sectors, focusing on emerging markets.
• Assist in the evaluation and due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies, analyzing key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure alignment with investment goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing findings and supporting investment decisions.
• Engage with portfolio company management teams to track progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and stay informed about market developments and investment trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes and methodologies, sharing best practices and innovative ideas with the team.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, or asset management.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for investment and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Nice to have

• Experience in emerging markets or sectors such as technology, healthcare, or renewable energy.
