What you'll do

• Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and diversity initiatives.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best fit for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Kenya and the broader East African region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
