About the role
Operations Intern
Location: USA
Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000 / year
You will manage the complete lifecycle of digital minds, guiding them from raw materials to a public audience. Your daily responsibilities involve shaping the thinking process of these profiles and monitoring their behavior. You will work quickly, adjusting strategies based on live user interactions and direct feedback. This role requires ownership of the entire production pipeline, ensuring each digital mind is polished and effective.
Primary Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building the initial structure of digital minds. This involves taking raw information and documentation and organizing it into a clear format. Your work will transform unstructured data into a foundation ready for testing and refinement.
A core part of your function is to manage audio quality. You will listen to recordings and flag any issues that affect clarity. You will identify background noise, echo, or tinny sounds that could harm the user experience. Ensuring clean input is a key step in producing a high-quality digital mind.
You will run constant tests on conversation outputs. Your goal is to verify that the personality and tone match the original intent. You will interact with the minds as a user would, observing their responses. This testing phase is vital for catching inconsistencies and improving performance.
Each week, you will focus on high-value tasks. You might work on product testing, operational execution, or assisting creators. You will collaborate with content creators to refine their digital presence. This includes setting interaction standards and improving their overall quality.
You will also optimize the workflow for releasing new profiles. Your work will ensure every launch goes smoothly. You will check each mind against brand guidelines before it goes live. After release, you will review live interactions to find areas for improvement. This ongoing analysis helps maintain a high standard for all minds.
Required Qualifications
The position requires three years of professional experience in a hands-on role. You must be able to write clearly and concisely. You will turn vague concepts into structured and usable source material. Your writing must be sharp and easy to understand.
You must be able to move fast on the most valuable tasks. Each week brings new priorities. You will decide what matters most and execute without delay. This requires a high level of personal agency and discipline.
You must possess strong user empathy. You will roleplay as an end-user to test mind quality. This allows you to judge whether the mind is helpful and effective. You will use your own judgment to assess the user experience.
You must have a keen eye for quality details. You will notice subtle problems in audio or text output. You will describe these issues in a plain and actionable way. This skill ensures problems are fixed before they reach the public.
