Key facts
What you'll do
Architect and implement new features for the enterprise platform, focusing on scalability and performance under heavy load.
Refactor legacy backend services written in C# and .NET to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt across the codebase.
Develop responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless interactions for complex enterprise workflows.
Integrate identity and access management protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and SSO to meet strict compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, collaborating with operations teams to implement long-term fixes.
Optimize database queries and system architecture to support the financial and operational needs of enterprise customers.
Utilize AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude to accelerate coding tasks and improve development velocity.
Monitor system health and reliability metrics, proposing improvements to enhance stability and observability.
Document technical designs and processes to ensure clarity for current and future team members.
Participate in monthly full-day hacking sessions to prototype new ideas and explore innovative solutions for internal and external products.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in React for building complex and dynamic user interfaces that serve enterprise clients.
Show strong command of C# and .NET for developing scalable and secure backend services.
Have a solid understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
Be comfortable working with cloud services and infrastructure, especially within AWS or Azure environments.
Exhibit familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Adhere to best practices in software development, with a particular focus on data privacy regulations and secure coding standards.
Work effectively within Agile methodologies, contributing reliably to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
Bring experience with NVIDIA DGX SuperPODs for AI workloads, as these are used internally for advanced model training and inference.
Show knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their integration into applications to enhance functionality.
Have a background in implementing identity management solutions for B2B SaaS platforms.
Possess a deep interest in the challenges of monetization strategies and regulatory compliance in enterprise software.
