VP of Demand Generation
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Deepgram's demand-generation engine, translating our voice-AI leadership into a predictable pipeline of revenue. You will design and run an AI-native demand system that compounds over time, replacing calendar-driven, one-off campaigns with scalable playbooks. You will partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and RevOps to manage the full funnel, from first touch to closed-won, and you will stand up attribution and reporting that gives executive leadership a clear line of sight from spend to revenue. You will set the strategic direction for a multi-team function, hiring, leveling, and developing managers and ICs to build an inclusive, high-performing revenue marketing organization. You will concentrate spend where Deepgram wins, focusing resources on teams embedding voice at scale, and you will relentlessly improve pipeline efficiency by lowering cost-per-opportunity without sacrificing lead quality. You will create a structured experiment cadence, running quarterly tests with documented readouts that inform the next bets and accelerate learning. You will ensure every team member actively uses and experiments with advanced AI tools, integrating them into workflows to push the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
