Deepgram is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic evolution of our enterprise portfolio. In this capacity, you will own the complete enterprise adoption lifecycle, addressing critical hurdles across procurement, security validation, and user experience design. Your primary focus will involve removing barriers that prevent large organizations from selecting Deepgram as their core speech intelligence partner. You will define the long-term strategic trajectory for our enterprise offerings, ensuring alignment with the strictest security and compliance demands. Success in this role will hinge on your ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable product initiatives. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting your own goals and making pivotal strategic decisions. What you'll do
- Assume full accountability for the end-to-end enterprise adoption lifecycle, encompassing procurement, security compliance, and user experience for large-scale deals.
- Construct a strategic roadmap for enterprise initiatives, prioritizing key actions through rigorous analysis of data insights and direct customer feedback.
- Architect comprehensive solutions that span our web console, robust APIs, and managed services offerings, coordinating closely with fellow product managers.
- Fortify the enterprise security and compliance framework to enable procurement teams to independently access critical documentation such as Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) and security artifacts.
- Diagnose and eliminate product-related challenges that pose risks of obstructing or delaying enterprise sales cycles and procurement approvals.
- Partner synergistically with engineering, design, and sales teams to execute feature launches, ensuring active collaboration and shared ownership.
- Exercise full autonomy in setting personal objectives and making high-impact strategic decisions with significant independence.
- Evaluate evolving market trends and granular customer needs to directly inform product development and ensure alignment with enterprise client expectations.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders to gather qualitative feedback and iterate on product features to satisfy the shifting demands of enterprise users.
- Monitor intricate product performance metrics and analytical insights to drive continuous improvement and foster innovation at scale.
- Champion the voice of the enterprise customer within the organization, ensuring that the needs of security-conscious clients dictate product priorities.

Requirements
- Demonstrate substantial experience in enterprise product management, with a proven history of successfully launching products for regulated or security-sensitive client environments and an understanding of their complex purchasing behaviors.
- Exhibit a keen front-end focus on user experience and product design, applying the same meticulous attention to detail that enterprise teams use for infrastructure and security solutions.
- Possess the proficiency to support product decisions with robust data analysis, competitive intelligence, and thorough technical feasibility assessments while adapting to new information.
- Cultivate an AI-native mindset, seamlessly integrating artificial intelligence tools into research, analysis, prototyping, and high-stakes decision-making workflows.
- Show a proven ability to make independent decisions and navigate significant ambiguity, performing effectively in environments with clear objectives and minimal direct supervision.
- Display strong collaborative skills, with a documented history of working effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the constraints and requirements inherent in enterprise procurement and security evaluation processes.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior-level executives, translating technical product concepts into business value propositions.
