About the role
Deepgram is expanding its Voice AI platform across the APAC region and seeks a manager to lead partner-driven growth. You will build and scale ecosystems across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China by managing relationships with hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators. In this capacity, you will act as the primary strategic link between Deepgram and its partner organizations, ensuring that mutual objectives are met and revenue targets are exceeded. The role requires a high degree of ownership over the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from initial engagement through to mature, value-driven collaboration. You will be responsible for translating the Deepgram platform vision into tangible outcomes for partners and their customers. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to create sustainable growth channels through trusted advisor relationships. You will leverage data and market insights to refine strategies and maximize the impact of every partnership interaction. Ultimately, you will drive the adoption of Deepgram's Voice AI capabilities by embedding them into the workflows of key strategic players.

What you'll do
- Architect and deploy regional go-to-market strategies that define joint value propositions with strategic hyperscalers and system integrators.
- Orchestrate sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions to expand partner-influenced revenue streams across ANZ and ASEAN markets.
- Synthesize input from Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to ensure regional goals are aligned with global objectives and messaging.
- Scout and qualify new partner organizations while providing ongoing governance and enablement for the existing APAC ecosystem.
- Enable co-sell initiatives by facilitating workshops, preparing customer demonstrations, and supporting complex contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on pipeline progression, maintaining rigorous forecasting accuracy for the region to inform executive decision-making.
- Analyze local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and sovereign AI developments to shape proactive internal strategies.
- Serve as the central point of contact for partner queries, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for partner playbooks, battlecards, and enablement materials.
- Track competitive movements within the Voice AI and CCaaS landscape to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns that amplify partner reach and brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on product enhancements based on real-world partner and customer interactions in the field.
- Mentor junior business development staff to elevate the overall capability of the regional sales function.
- Ensure all partner-related activities comply with local laws and Deepgram's global policies.
Requirements
- Hold a professional background in enterprise sales, alliance management, or business development within the technology sector.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue through co-sell motions and strategic partnerships across diverse APAC markets.
- Bring experience collaborating with cloud providers, global system integrators, telcos, independent software vendors, or CCaaS/CX platforms.
- Operate effectively across multiple APAC territories including ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China with minimal oversight.
- Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with an unwavering focus on operational discipline and execution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining composure under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Travel throughout the APAC region as required to meet partners and attend key industry events.
- Possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Display proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising the quality of deliverables.
- Commit to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with partners and colleagues.

- Prior professional experience within the AI, Voice AI, Speech AI, or CCaaS industries.
- An established professional network connecting you with AWS, GCP, Azure, and prominent regional system integrators and telecommunications providers.
- A history of building new partner programs or go-to-market motions from the initial concept through to full execution.
- Fluency in a second language such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Bahasa to engage directly with local stakeholders.
