What you'll do

• Lead and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in biomedical science.

Requirements

• A degree in Biomedical Science or a related field, with a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a biomedical laboratory setting, with a strong focus on diagnostic testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in laboratory techniques, including histology, molecular biology, and cytogenetics.
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in laboratory operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving collaborative projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to laboratory work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with digital pathology and image analysis technologies.
