What you'll do
- Lead and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in biomedical science.

Requirements
- A degree in Biomedical Science or a related field, with a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a biomedical laboratory setting, with a strong focus on diagnostic testing.
- Demonstrated expertise in laboratory techniques, including histology, molecular biology, and cytogenetics.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in laboratory operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving collaborative projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to laboratory work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with digital pathology and image analysis technologies.
