The role requires a blend of deep technical implementation and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet demanding business standards. You will be responsible for owning critical components of the agent lifecycle, from initial architectural decisions through to stable deployment. What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end development and deployment of AI agents for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect and implement the deterministic logic that governs agent responses, prioritizing accuracy and system stability.
- Build and validate safety constraints and guardrails to manage agent outputs and maintain consistent behavior.
- Implement connectors and data flows that integrate agent platforms with external systems such as CRMs and operational databases.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and manage the execution of complex delivery timelines.
- Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues by analyzing system logs, agent traces, and interaction data to identify root causes.
- Construct and maintain automated testing suites that validate agent functionality and prevent performance regressions over time.
- Translate client needs and technical constraints into clear requirements and feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and go-to-market specialists to refine the user experience.
- Evaluate emerging techniques in language model behavior to enhance agent capabilities within existing platform constraints.
- Monitor deployed agent performance and implement optimizations based on observed usage patterns and client feedback.
- Ensure all technical deliverables meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements for enterprise software.
- Support the creation of technical artifacts such as architecture diagrams and process documentation for client and internal audiences.
- Act as a technical advocate for the customer, balancing ambitious product visions with practical implementation realities.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or technical consulting.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in both written and spoken English and German for client interactions and documentation.
- Possess strong technical proficiency, including experience with writing code, consuming APIs, and building system integrations.
- Have a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions with structured execution, testing, and attention to detail.
- Show the ability to communicate intricate technical concepts clearly to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exhibit comfort in fast-paced environments, contributing to both solution design and hands-on implementation as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of ownership for assigned tasks, seeing complex projects through to completion.
- Be willing to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining a focus on long-term system integrity.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and guardrail implementation.
- Background in integrating enterprise SaaS platforms and understanding associated security and compliance considerations.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated product sense, including experience defining success metrics and contributing to product strategy and roadmaps.

- The standard work schedule is 40 hours per week.
