What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A passion for music and the Hard Rock brand is a plus.
