What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the Hard Rock Cafe, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage management, including inventory control and cost management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
