What you'll do

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company standards and policies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products are adequately stocked and available for service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and labor costs, to meet budgetary goals.
• Organize promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
