Key facts
What you'll do
You will manage first-level IT support and resolve everyday issues affecting devices, software tools, and user access across the organization.
You will independently configure laptops, set up accounts, and guide new team members through a smooth onboarding process.
You will handle user account management and access provisioning within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
You will track IT equipment inventory and make sure all devices are functional, updated, and ready for use.
You will ensure meeting rooms and their technical setups operate correctly and step in to fix things when they break.
You will monitor the cloud-first IT environment and contribute to keeping systems stable and available.
You will assist with Intune device management to maintain consistent configurations across all company devices.
You will document IT processes and solutions so that knowledge is shared and repeatable.
You will work closely with team members across different countries and functions to understand their IT needs.
You will take initiative to identify small improvements that make the day-to-day work experience better for everyone.
You will participate in regular IT health checks and help maintain the overall reliability of the infrastructure.
You will coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve hardware or software issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
You are currently studying IT, computer science, or a related field, or you have a strong practical interest in these areas.
You have a basic understanding of IT systems, including Windows, macOS, or similar platforms.
You are proactive and hands-on, preferring to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
You are comfortable troubleshooting on your own and are not afraid to dig into unfamiliar problems.
You enjoy finding solutions and making technology work reliably for the people around you.
You take pride in resolving issues quickly and thoroughly, paying attention to detail.
You communicate clearly and are willing to ask questions when something is unclear.
You are flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift quickly.
Nice to have
You have prior experience supporting users in a technical or service-oriented role, even in a student capacity.
You are familiar with cloud-based collaboration tools and have used them in a professional or academic setting.
You have exposure to identity and access management concepts, even at a basic level.
You are curious about security and compliance topics and enjoy learning how technology protects organizations.
You have worked in a multicultural or distributed team and understand the value of clear communication.
You are self-motivated and do not need constant supervision to deliver results.
Skills & tools
Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for daily collaboration.
Entra ID for managing user identities and access across the organization.
Intune for device management and enforcing configuration standards on company devices.
Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and their administration.
Familiarity with ticketing or IT service management tools to track and resolve issues.
General knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in the Munich office with a hybrid work arrangement.
