You work hand-in-hand with Customer Success and Professional Services to identify the right moments for upsell and cross-sell potential, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You create and execute strategic account plans that deepen engagement, remove friction, and accelerate revenue growth across your portfolio. You lead commercial conversations with confidence, navigating complex stakeholder environments and closing impactful deals that reinforce long-term trust. You maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive expansion opportunities from first conversation to signed contract with disciplined follow-through. You collaborate closely with the wider Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales, playing a key role in DataGuard's growth journey as a scale-up operating at speed.

- You leverage product knowledge and customer insights to tailor pitches that resonate with executive sponsors and operational users alike.
- You document all interactions, decisions, and next steps in CRM, ensuring transparency and enabling seamless handoffs across teams.
- You partner with Customer Success to identify health signals and trigger timely interventions that convert risk into revenue opportunities.
- You coordinate with Professional Services to scope solutions, align timelines, and confirm that implementation supports commercial outcomes.
- You track competitive dynamics and market feedback, sharing actionable insights with product and sales leadership to refine positioning.
- You uphold DataGuard's security and compliance positioning in every conversation, reinforcing trust and credibility with customers.
Requirements
- You bring several years of success in B2B SaaS Sales, Account Management or Customer Success, demonstrating a track record of sustained performance.
- You have consistently achieved revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling, proving that you can grow accounts systematically.
- You know how to turn customer needs into impactful commercial opportunities by linking problems to DataGuard's value.
- You are comfortable engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- You think strategically, but never lose sight of execution and results, balancing long-term vision with quarterly targets.
