You will coordinate cross-functional workshops with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions for complex use cases. You will serve as the central point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across all levels. You will utilize structured sales methodologies and CRM tools to forecast pipeline, manage risks, and report on customer health accurately.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, and you should Professional experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Management Consultant in fast-paced SaaS is mandatory to navigate complex sales cycles. Executive-level meetings, stakeholder management, and delivering impactful presentations, demos, and project work are required to influence C-level decisions. Interest in Privacy, Information Security, and Compliance with motivation to continuously learn and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes is mandatory for advising modern enterprises. A team-oriented, action-driven, and highly customer-centric mindset is mandatory to align cross-functional partners around customer goals. Fluency in English is mandatory to articulate value and drive adoption; German language ability is a strong advantage for engaging local stakeholders. You must be comfortable working in a quota-influenced environment where consistent activity and disciplined pipeline management are essential. You should have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
