About the role
Datadog is looking for a leader to manage and expand co-marketing initiatives within our North American channel and cloud partner ecosystem. You will serve as the primary marketing contact for the Channels and Alliances sales team, driving strategy for joint programs with major cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

What you'll do
- Lead joint marketing efforts with top North American channel and cloud partners to boost engagement, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, including budget oversight, application processing, and ROI analysis.
- Design and execute integrated field and digital marketing campaigns, such as executive events, webinars, ABM programs, and sponsored content.
- Align marketing activities with sales priorities by maintaining close communication with the Channels and Alliances team.
- Implement AI-driven workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to automate and personalize campaign execution.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting regular go-to-market reviews with stakeholders to ensure accountability.
- Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to develop scalable enablement materials and campaign assets.
- Oversee partner marketing budgets to ensure high-impact spending and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 4 years specifically in channel, partner, or alliance marketing within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing partner marketing budgets and MDF programs at scale.
- Experience creating and running integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline results.
- Ability to function as a senior individual contributor who can define strategy and execute plans independently.
- Proficiency with AI platforms like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT to streamline and improve marketing processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across internal sales teams and external partners.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel up to 25%.
