Business Planner - Systems and Racks
Job description
Business Planner - Systems and Racks at D Matrix.
About the role
You will design and scale the L10-L12 partner network for rack and cluster-scale delivery, managing sourcing, selection, and ongoing performance of CMs, ODMs, integrators, and logistics teams. You will serve as the central point of accountability for forecast accuracy, supply-demand balancing, material liability, and L10-L12 operational readiness while partnering across Sales, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance. You will own the monthly demand forecast (SKU / configuration / customer) and lead the S&OP process to drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements. You will translate demand into executable build plans and rack integration schedules, balancing supply, inventory turns, and revenue attainment with Manufacturing and CMs. You will negotiate contractual material liability terms based on lead times, quantify exposure monthly, and conduct BOM risk analysis for NPI and sustaining products. You will own planning for RMA flows and field replacement programs, ensuring FRU availability and SLA attainment with the service organization.
