About the role
We are seeking a Foundry Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Cuspai, where the central mission is to broaden the impact of our AI Materials platform across the global technology landscape. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships across diverse geographical regions, which is essential for the successful introduction of new semiconductor and advanced materials into the market. The individual in this position will operate at the heart of our strategic initiatives, working in close collaboration with the Head of Partnerships to define and execute our partnership vision. They will own the end-to-end lifecycle of key partnerships, ensuring alignment between our platform capabilities and the evolving needs of the semiconductor ecosystem. This is a critical role for driving ecosystem adoption and validating the real-world application of our materials intelligence. The manager will be the primary architect of cross-company collaborative programs, ensuring mutual value realization for all parties involved. Success in this position will be measured by the strength and growth of the partnerships portfolio and the tangible outcomes generated.

What you'll do
Establish and lead complex partnership strategies with global semiconductor foundries, material suppliers, and hardware technology companies to accelerate the adoption of AI materials solutions.
Design, plan, and execute high-impact events and conferences, including initiatives involving Fortune 100 companies, from initial concept through to successful completion and post-event analysis.
Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and APAC, acting as a key liaison between Cuspai and its global partner organizations.
Leverage a foundational knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, and advanced materials development processes to identify and pursue high-value collaboration opportunities.
Host, moderate, and organize both virtual and in-person technical events tailored for sophisticated audiences, ensuring clear communication of complex platform capabilities.
Champion ecosystem management principles to foster a collaborative environment where partners can thrive and innovate together.
Utilize expert-level project management skills to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring all partnership activities are delivered on time and within scope.
Apply strategic partnership frameworks to identify synergies, resolve challenges, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives with key players in the electronics industry.
Engage in continuous market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and competitive dynamics within the materials and semiconductor sectors.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the partner portal and communication assets to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery.
Demonstrate confident and engaging communication skills, capable of representing Cuspai at the highest levels of the industry.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of collaborative programs, ensuring clear governance, active participation, and measurable outcomes for all partners.
Act as a thought partner to internal teams, providing insights on partner needs and market feedback to inform product development and platform strategy.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the partnership framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute events and conferences from conception to completion, including initiatives involving Fortune 100 companies.
Significant global experience with a history of establishing trust with senior stakeholders across different cultures and regions, including Europe, the USA, and APAC.
A confident and engaging communicator, with hands-on experience in hosting, moderating, and organizing both virtual and in-person events tailored for technical audiences.
A foundational knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development processes.
A proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships in a B2B technology environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
High levels of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
Professional experience within a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or supplier of electronic materials.
Proficiency in a second language relevant to our global operations (e.g., Japanese, Korean, German).
An academic background or substantial personal expertise in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in managing collaborative ecosystem programs with leading hardware technology companies such as NVIDIA or Meta.
Practical notes
This position may necessitate regular travel to partner locations and other venues for collaborative efforts.
Benefits include 28 days of holiday (for employees in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands) or 21 days of holiday (for employees in Japan, Singapore, and the USA), in addition to public holidays.
