Forward Deployed Strategist
Job description
About the role
This position focuses on leading key customer projects from initial discussions through successful implementation. You will collaborate with senior client leaders to identify valuable applications of our technology, define project scope, and ensure successful outcomes with the support of a Forward Deployed Engineer. You own the end-to-end strategic and tactical execution of client initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, time-bound delivery plans. You act as the primary architect of value, ensuring that every project aligns with measurable return on investment and operational realities. You will leverage deep analytical skills to deconstruct complex enterprise needs and convert them into actionable technical frameworks. This role requires you to balance high-level executive communication with granular configuration oversight to maintain alignment. You are responsible for safeguarding project viability by continuously monitoring constraints and adapting scope in partnership with sponsors. Ultimately, you will drive the successful adoption of solutions by embedding best practices and fostering client team independence.
