Business Systems Lead
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary owner for our Quote-to-Cash systems, managing the technical architecture and lifecycle of our revenue operations. This role requires a hands-on builder who can design solutions, execute complex configurations, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure our systems support global business needs. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves, write code when necessary, and challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and data integrity. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver robust integrations, reduce manual work, and provide clear visibility into revenue operations for the entire organization.
