About the role
You will define and execute the social media strategy for Culture Amp, ensuring our brand voice remains human and authoritative. Reporting to the Director of Content Strategy and Campaigns, you will work within the Corporate Marketing team to connect our platform to key moments and audiences. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end social media lifecycle from ideation to performance review. You will act as the strategic architect of our digital presence, translating complex people data into engaging narratives for a global audience. The role requires you to balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive meaningful engagement. You will serve as a key partner to product and PR teams, aligning social initiatives with broader business objectives. What you'll do
- Architect and manage the organic social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit, ensuring cohesive messaging.

Requirements
