About the role
You will architect and deliver an AI-native people operations function that replaces legacy HR workflows with intelligent, data-driven systems. This role owns the end-to-end design of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning fully powered by our Genesis platform. You will define the playbooks, guardrails, and metrics that make human capital management scalable across all CSC Generation brands. You will partner directly with the Chief Administrative Officer and executive leadership to align people strategy with portfolio-wide commercial outcomes. You will lead a high-performing People Ops team, setting direction, removing blockers, and modeling excellence in execution. You will act as the primary steward of people data, ensuring insights drive decisions rather than intuition or manual reporting. You will own the integration of automation, analytics, and proprietary tools into everyday workflows for every HR process. You will be the visible champion of a modern, accountable, and high-trust culture that leverages technology to elevate both employee and customer experience.

What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end design and execution of an AI-native people operations strategy that replaces legacy HR processes with intelligent workflows.
Own the architecture of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning systems fully powered by Genesis, our Data Fabric, Automation Engine, and proprietary tools.
Define and implement playbooks, policies, and metrics that standardize people operations across the portfolio while preserving agility for individual brands.
Partner closely with the Chief Administrative Officer and C-suite leaders to align people strategy with portfolio-level commercial objectives and growth initiatives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing People Ops team, setting direction, removing operational blockers, and driving consistent execution.
Serve as the central steward of people data, designing dashboards and insights that inform decisions on hiring, development, and deployment of talent.
Oversee the integration of automation, analytics, and proprietary tools into everyday workflows to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience.
Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust by modeling behaviors that leverage technology to augment human potential.
Define and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and onboarding to development, recognition, and offboarding, using intelligent systems.
Establish rigorous feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms to evolve the employee experience and operational efficiency over time.
Lead the configuration, governance, and optimization of the Genesis platform components as the single source of truth for people processes.
Collaborate with Finance and Technology to align people investments with portfolio ROI, ensuring people operations contribute directly to margin and growth.
Act as the primary liaison between the people function and technology teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new tools.
Champion data-driven decision making, using real-time insights to anticipate workforce needs and guide strategic people interventions across the portfolio.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must reside in a U.S. state or territory where remote work is permitted by Cscgeneration policy.
Must have at least eight years of progressive experience in people operations, HR, or a related function, with increasing scope and impact.
Must have at least five years of demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling performance management and talent development systems.
Must have deep experience leveraging data, analytics, and technology platforms to drive people decisions and operational excellence.
Must have experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy and execution.
Must have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving outcomes in a portfolio-led, AI-native operating model.
Must demonstrate strong judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance empathy with accountability in people decisions.
Nice to have
Prior experience in portfolio environments with multiple brands or business units is preferred.
Experience with AI-driven HR tools, workforce planning, and advanced analytics is preferred.
Background in modernizing legacy HR processes and migrating them to intelligent, data-driven systems is preferred.
Practical notes
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
Travel is not required for this role.
