About the role
You will act as the technical linchpin for Cribl's strategic partner ecosystem across Southern Europe, translating complex telemetry architectures into compelling business value for joint customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority for partners during discovery sessions, proof-of-value exercises, and live demonstrations of the Cribl platform. You will design and run enablement programs that equip partner consultants and presales teams with the skills needed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate directly with sales and partner management to build repeatable playbooks that scale across accounts and geographies. This position requires you to be the voice of the customer within the partner community, ensuring technical clarity and alignment on business outcomes. You will own the narrative that positions Cribl as the essential infrastructure layer for the AI-driven telemetry landscape. Success in this role will be measured by the confidence and capability you instill in partner teams and the growth of co-sell contributions.

Drive adoption of Cribl University learning paths, NFR sandbox environments, and digital resources to empower partner technical teams.
Provide deep architecture expertise to help partners design scalable, resilient, and secure telemetry pipelines using the Cribl Stream Designer.
Train and coach partner teams on Cribl value pillars, strategic use cases, and business justification frameworks to strengthen deal positioning.
Run high-impact discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders to map current toolchains, data flows, constraints, and success metrics.
Increase partner co-sell contribution by aligning Cribl solution messaging with partner commercial objectives and customer priorities.
Monitor and maintain partner status, contribution levels, and performance against key engagement metrics.
Represent Cribl at industry events, webinars, and user groups to build technical credibility and community engagement.
Demonstrate Cribl capabilities in live and recorded sessions, translating complex data architectures into clear, value-driven narratives.
Conduct hands-on presales activities, including proof-of-value and proof-of-concept projects, and define clear success criteria and evaluation plans.
Provide executive-ready summaries that highlight business impact, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency for senior stakeholder reviews.
Work closely with sales managers and partner account teams to remove technical blockers and accelerate the sales cycle.
Leverage fluency in scripting and data manipulation to build reusable assets, such as dashboards, parsers, and validation tools for partner use.
Ensure partner teams understand operational best practices for deploying Cribl in heterogeneous environments, including Linux and Windows platforms.
Act as a bridge between product, sales, and support to close feedback loops and improve partner enablement materials over time.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting focused on cloud and SaaS technologies.
You need hands-on experience working with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security data, ideally within observability, SIEM, or data platform domains.
You must have a proven track record of designing and delivering technical enablement, including trainings, bootcamps, workshops, and office hours for partner audiences.
You are required to demonstrate strong storytelling and presales capabilities, simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
You must be comfortable running structured discovery sessions that clarify current environments, data flows, and success criteria with technical and business leaders.
You are expected to have experience managing proof-of-value and proof-of-concept initiatives, including defining success metrics and executive reporting.
You must represent Cribl in public-facing technical forums such as user groups, webinars, and community events as needed.
You are required to work effectively across multiple operating systems, with demonstrated proficiency in Linux command-line environments.
You must have fluent written and spoken abilities in French, Spanish, and English, with the capacity to communicate precisely and professionally.
You are required to be based in France and work within the time zone constraints of Southern European markets.
You must be willing to travel up to 40% to customer sites, partner events, and industry conferences as required by business needs.
You need to understand sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and solution selling frameworks to align with partner commercial processes.
You must hold, or be eligible to obtain, any required work permits or visas for France under local employment regulations.
You are expected to maintain current knowledge of telemetry, log management, and data platform technologies relevant to the role.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code concepts relevant to telemetry platforms.
Familiarity with API testing and contract validation practices for integration testing.
Working knowledge of JavaScript and regular expressions to build lightweight transformation and enrichment logic.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and relevant certification credentials.
Understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) workflows and data normalization challenges.
Practical notes
You may be required to perform duties outside your standard working hours due to the remote-first, global nature of Cribl operations.
Some international travel may be required depending on business priorities in the Southern Europe region.
