About the role
You will own the outbound and inbound pipelines for the EMEA London region, driving strategic growth through disciplined execution. Your primary responsibility is to shape conversations that convert into booked meetings and high-quality opportunities for the sales engine. You will craft sharp, penetrating messages that cut through noise and enable enterprise teams to access strategic accounts effectively. You serve as the first strategic touchpoint for enterprise buyers, operating within a fast-moving, data-driven sales environment. You will build trust with executive stakeholders, map complex needs, and push qualified opportunities into the pipeline with precision. You will champion deep product understanding of Cresta Agent and Cresta Studio to tailor messaging for diverse buyer profiles. You will leverage analytical thinking to prioritize accounts and adjust strategies in real time based on performance feedback. You will act as a proactive growth partner, aligning daily activities with overarching revenue objectives for the region.

What you'll do
You will design creative outreach sequences that introduce Cresta value to new accounts daily, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity. You will generate demand by researching target accounts, crafting compelling narratives, and qualifying signals to ensure efficient handoffs to specialized teams. You will map stakeholder ecosystems and decision-making processes ahead of meetings with enterprise prospects to align solutions with strategic priorities. You will champion product understanding of Cresta Agent and Cresta Studio to tailor messaging for buyers across various industries and use cases. You will collaborate with campaign managers to ensure outreach aligns with content, positioning, and offers, optimizing for engagement and conversion. You will prioritize lists using intent signals, technographics, and firmographics to focus daily work on the highest-value opportunities. You will lead discovery calls that uncover pain points, quantify potential impact, and advance high-potential leads through the funnel efficiently. You will track activity metrics, pipeline health, and reply rates to iterate sequences and improve response rates over time. You will support deal teams by drafting briefs, summaries, and collateral for complex opportunities, ensuring alignment and clarity. You will maintain strict adherence to compliance and brand guidelines while representing Cresta in all external communications.
Requirements
You must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and bring six months of software sales experience to the role. You must operate comfortably inside a high-volume, time-sensitive sales environment where adaptability is essential. You must possess a competitive mindset and resilience when facing objections and rejections, using them as fuel for improvement. You must act as a self-starter who seeks improvements and jumps on visible opportunities quickly without needing constant direction. You must demonstrate strong organization, clear prioritization, and disciplined follow-through in managing multiple pipelines. You must show articulate business acumen and storytelling ability across written, verbal, and visual formats to engage diverse audiences. You must have the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively to executive-level stakeholders. You must be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. You must exhibit ownership of outcomes, taking responsibility for results and learning from both successes and setbacks. You must comply with all company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards in every interaction.
Nice to have
Experience selling into enterprises, using CRM tools, and managing complex sales cycles is valued as it accelerates ramp time and impact.
Skills & tools
Proficiency with Cresta Agent, Cresta Studio, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Salesforce is required to perform at the expected level of excellence.
