About the role
This position owns the redesign of go-to-market operations by building AI-native systems that replace manual execution across sales and marketing workflows. The hire will directly use data and AI to prioritize the highest value accounts and surface hidden intelligence that traditional methods cannot efficiently uncover. You will eliminate repetitive tasks such as opportunity prep, CRM updates, and quoting by automating them through intelligent agents and custom code. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to deploy an operating system that makes revenue teams more effective every day. You will own the integration and optimization of the full GTM tech stack, ensuring systems work natively within existing seller workflows. Success in this role is measured by the ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes and scale impact through automation and AI.

What you'll do
Use AI and data analytics to help SDR, marketing, and sales teams focus on the highest value accounts and opportunities.
Surface hard to find intelligence such as contact center scale, BPO footprint, and technology stack signals that are critical for prioritization.
Continuously enrich and reprioritize accounts in real time as new behavioral and firmographic signals emerge.
Replace manual research, opportunity preparation, and CRM data entry with automated workflows powered by AI agents.
Build systems that deliver daily focus lists and recommended actions to sellers so they know exactly what to do each day.
Automate account plan creation, stakeholder mapping, and discovery preparation directly inside seller workflows.
Automate quoting, approvals, and document generation using AI agents to reduce cycle time and errors.
Streamline order forms, security reviews, and deal documentation through automated routing and intelligent templates.
Create real-time deal signals and clearly defined next steps for every opportunity to keep pipelines moving.
Write custom code and use AI-assisted development tools to connect and extend the GTM technology ecosystem.
Integrate and maximize platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Centralize, Slack, and Glean to create a unified workflow.
Build systems that operate natively inside existing seller workflows to minimize context switching and maximize adoption.
Rethink segmentation, territories, and coverage models using data and AI to improve alignment with buying behavior.
Take true ownership of sales effectiveness and revenue growth by measuring the impact of every automation and AI intervention.

Requirements
Engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with real understanding of GTM processes and sales workflows.
Entrepreneur mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a bias for building solutions rather than relying on manual work.
Strong understanding of enterprise GTM motions, including sales cycles, stakeholder alignment, and buying committee dynamics.
Comfortable writing code, consuming APIs, building automation, and working with data systems and modern AI tooling.
Deep familiarity with modern sales technology stacks including CRM, conversation intelligence, CPQ, and workflow automation platforms.
High ownership, execution speed, and an unwavering focus on real revenue outcomes and pipeline health.
Ability to work effectively with revenue leaders, Rev Ops, marketing, and sales operations to align technology with business goals.
Commitment to building scalable, maintainable systems that can evolve as the business and GTM strategies grow.

Experience building and deploying AI agents or automation in production environments at scale.
