Finance Manager
Job description
About the role
As Finance Manager, you will be the operational engine of our FP&A function, owning financial planning, headcount management, and reporting while partnering with RevOps on GTM capacity planning and supporting Deal Desk on pricing. You will maintain the company financial model with a focus on headcount planning across departments, managing the HC request and approval process with HR, Recruiting, and department leads, and owning budget tracking while proactively flagging variances. You will work directly with our Sr. Director of FP&A with high visibility into company leadership, driving high-ownership, high-impact initiatives that span finance, operations, and GTM strategy. You will prepare month-end and quarter-end close reporting packages, building KPI dashboards and surfacing insights for leadership in clear, accessible narratives to guide strategic decisions. Additionally, you will partner with the Sr. Director of FP&A to implement a modern Financial Planning solution, migrating our planning processes off Excel and leveraging AI tools such as Claude to automate workflows and improve analysis. You will own sales and pipeline generation capacity planning models with RevOps and support Deal Desk with ad-hoc pricing analysis while owning the deal desk pricing and cost model to ensure disciplined revenue execution. Finally, you will actively explore and apply AI tools to enhance financial workflows, improve analysis quality, and work smarter, bringing curiosity and initiative to every task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
