What you'll do
Drive enterprise sales in Australia and surrounding APAC markets by identifying high value opportunities and steering complex buying committees.
Own the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery through contract negotiation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Cresta's AI platform capabilities.
Prospect and qualify strategic accounts, crafting tailored value propositions that highlight competitive differentiators in the contact center market.
Design and deliver compelling product presentations and data driven business cases that resonate with executive level stakeholders.
Develop and negotiate enterprise agreements, balancing commercial ambition with legal and financial rigor to close contracts efficiently.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to refine messaging, improve collateral, and support ongoing optimization.
Champion customer feedback internally, translating executive insights into actionable inputs for product and go to market strategy.
Hit and exceed assigned sales quotas by consistently converting opportunities into long term, multi year partnerships.
Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring transparency and predictability for company growth initiatives.
Represent Cresta at industry events and executive briefings, strengthening brand presence and thought leadership in the APAC region.
Build a scalable sales motion in Australia that can be replicated across additional APAC markets over time.

Serve as a mentor within the sales organization, coaching newer team members on best practices and enterprise selling techniques.

Requirements
Bring 5 or more years of SaaS software sales experience at the enterprise level, with a track record of consistently delivering against sales quotas.
Demonstrate experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise level agreements with multiple stakeholders.
Show prior experience leading cross functional teams through large deal close processes in a B2B technology environment.
Articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including C level executives, with clarity and confidence.
Communicate with excellence, presenting to C level audiences and engaging senior stakeholders in high stakes discussions.
Maintain the ability to be based in Melbourne, often at short notice, while traveling domestically and internationally up to approximately 25 percent of the time.
Display strong judgment, ownership, and discretion when handling confidential customer and company information.
Commit to working in alignment with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales engagements.
