What you'll do
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand application features and design effective test cases that cover functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
- Work closely with product management to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment between business requirements and testing efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
