What you'll do
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, providing insights on how our solutions can address their needs.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), ensuring that all submissions are comprehensive and competitive.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, answering any questions from potential clients regarding product functionality and integration.
- Work closely with the product management team to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape future product development.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent Cr2 and generate new business leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and promotional materials that highlight our products and services.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices for engaging with clients and conducting effective product demonstrations.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving our sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with clients and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS (Software as a Service) models.
- Additional certifications in sales methodologies or technical sales training.
