What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing project management tools to track milestones and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
