What you'll do

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop project plans and schedules that align with client expectations.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
• Mentor and train junior staff and subcontractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Implement best practices in construction management and promote innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
