About the role
CoreWeave is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across the Americas. You will oversee high-level sales operations, managing complex cloud infrastructure deals for organizations building large-scale AI models. In this capacity, you will define the commercial trajectory for our presence in the region, aligning market entry strategies with the rapid evolution of AI compute demand. You will own the end-to-end execution of sales initiatives that directly influence the company's top-line expansion and long-term vision. The role requires a partnership with both internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure that our infrastructure solutions are positioned as essential platforms for AI innovation. You will be responsible for forecasting market trends and translating these insights into actionable sales plans that capitalize on emerging opportunities. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to scale the sales organization while maintaining a high degree of execution excellence. You will act as a key architect of our growth story, ensuring that CoreWeave solidifies its position as a leader in the AI-native cloud infrastructure sector across North and South America.

What you'll do
- Lead and scale the Americas sales organization to meet aggressive revenue targets by setting clear performance standards and mentorship programs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our GPU-accelerated cloud infrastructure, identifying white-space segments and prioritizing high-impact verticals.
- Manage executive-level relationships with key accounts and enterprise partners, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite decision-makers during critical procurement cycles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align sales efforts with our AI-native platform capabilities, providing direct feedback from the field to influence product roadmaps.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing high-value infrastructure contracts, ensuring that commercial terms reflect the strategic value of our technology.
- Build and maintain a deep pipeline of opportunities by leveraging data-driven forecasting methods and rigorous analysis of market dynamics in the Americas.
- Drive the adoption of CoreWeave's solutions within existing customer organizations by identifying expansion revenue opportunities and championing new use cases for GPU compute.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the sales division, adjusting tactics in real-time based on market feedback and competitive pressures.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the sales team by encouraging the exploration of new sales methodologies and the adoption of advanced engagement techniques.
- Represent CoreWeave at industry conferences and strategic forums, enhancing brand visibility and establishing thought leadership in the AI infrastructure domain.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles within the cloud or high-performance computing sectors, with a minimum of ten years in relevant positions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise sales teams and achieving revenue growth in excess of twenty percent on a year-over-year basis.
- Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU compute, and cloud service models, including the technical distinctions between various accelerator architectures.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-ticket solutions to Fortune 500 companies and other enterprise-level organizations.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment where priorities shift rapidly based on market demands.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical value propositions to C-suite stakeholders, translating intricate technological details into clear business outcomes.
- Experience navigating multi-threaded sales processes that involve technical evaluators, economic buyers, and legal procurement departments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, potentially exceeding twenty-five percent of the time, to engage with clients and partners across major North American cities.
