About the role
CoreWeave is actively seeking a highly skilled technical professional to own the end to end management and optimization of our critical internal people technology stack. In this capacity, you will serve as the definitive administrator and strategic owner of our core HR systems, driving initiatives that ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of all related data and processes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automated workflows that significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our People Operations function. This role requires a deep partnership with both technical and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that directly support HR business objectives. You will act as the central point of contact for all system related troubleshooting, proactively identifying issues and resolving user requests with a high degree of ownership. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards that provide actionable analytics and clear visibility into system performance and HR metrics for key stakeholders. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to balance technical excellence with a pragmatic understanding of the business needs of our growing organization.

What you'll do
- Architect and manage the complete configuration, maintenance, and security posture of our core HR information systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point and main point of contact for troubleshooting intricate system issues and resolving complex user requests across the enterprise.
- Design, build, and implement sophisticated automated workflows and system processes to drive significant improvements in HR operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Conduct rigorous and regular audits of system data, enforcing strict data accuracy and integrity standards through validation checks and seamless system integrations.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal IT and security teams to ensure that all activities strictly adhere to compliance mandates and data privacy standards are consistently met.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive reporting dashboards and provide in depth analytics and insights to support data driven decision making for HR and operations stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert in system architecture, leading assessments and optimizations that enhance the scalability and reliability of the people technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross functionally with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and ensure all implementations align with broader organizational goals.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, identifying potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risk.
- Document all system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure institutional knowledge is maintained and accessible.
- Lead special projects related to HR system transformation, acting as a technical lead throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Ensure that all system configurations and user permissions are managed with a strong focus on security best practices and the principle of least privilege.
- Partner with security teams to conduct regular reviews of access controls, ensuring that user permissions remain appropriate and aligned with organizational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for enhanced functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proven experience managing, administering, and configuring enterprise grade HRIS platforms in a complex organizational environment.
- Possess a strong and comprehensive understanding of fundamental data management principles, data architecture, and database concepts as they apply to HR systems.
- Exhibit a proven ability to successfully bridge the gap between intricate technical requirements and the practical business needs of HR professionals and stakeholders.
- Show advanced proficiency in managing complex system integrations, including the implementation and maintenance of API connectivity between disparate systems.
- Bring extensive experience with system security protocols, granular user permissions management, and established audit protocols to ensure compliance.
- Hold a strong attention to detail with a demonstrated history of maintaining high levels of data accuracy and system reliability in fast paced settings.
- Have a solid understanding of HR processes and terminology, allowing for effective communication and translation between technical and non technical teams.
- Comply with all corporate security policies and data governance frameworks relevant to the handling of sensitive people data.
