Senior Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. You will own the design and implementation of the code-generation pipeline that converts a single proto contract into Go SDKs, CWIC commands, and Terraform resources. You will own components end to end, from the proto and API contract through the generated artifacts that other teams depend on. As CoreWeave's internal API consultancy, you will partner with other teams early in their design process to help them ship good, consistent APIs. You will raise the quality bar for the developer experience across the entire API surface through hands-on Go engineering, API design, and cross-team collaboration.

Own components end to end, from the proto and API contract through the generated artifacts other teams depend on.
Champion the developer experience across the CLI, SDKs, and Terraform provider, focusing on ergonomics, release cadence, and quality bars.
Partner with other teams early in their API design process to help them ship good, consistent APIs.
Apply schema evolution and backwards-compatibility discipline across proto and API contracts.
