CoreWeave is seeking a specialized recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for our Go-To-Market and Business Operations divisions. You will partner with leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent to support our rapid expansion in the AI infrastructure sector. This role requires a proactive partner who can navigate the complexities of high-growth hiring while maintaining a rigorous focus on quality and cultural fit. You will be responsible for owning the entire talent lifecycle from initial requisition to final offer for critical positions. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and can translate business needs into compelling talent strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize hiring efforts. What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM and Business Operations functions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking, ensuring a robust talent pool at all times.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial screening through the final offer stage, reinforcing CoreWeave's employer brand.
- Track recruitment metrics to refine hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, using data to inform decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand evolving hiring needs and anticipate future talent requirements.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and modern Applicant Tracking Systems to identify passive and active candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage stakeholder communications to create a seamless process for all parties involved.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-fill without compromising on the quality of hires.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry compensation trends and competitive positioning.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative environment where feedback is encouraged and continuously integrated into the recruitment process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all matters related to hiring and talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the development of talent acquisition initiatives that support long-term organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Business Operations roles in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and executive leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate outreach.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a diverse talent pipeline that meets both immediate and strategic hiring needs.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in the technology or AI infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and participate in talent acquisition events.
