What you'll do

• Establish and continuously refine the overarching vision and strategic direction for CoreWeave's AI cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Perform comprehensive market assessments, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to uncover new product opportunities and areas for enhancement.
• Create detailed product roadmaps that prioritize features and initiatives based on their potential business impact and technical viability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and various cross-functional teams to facilitate successful product development and launch processes.
• Communicate product strategy and value propositions effectively to both internal stakeholders and external audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and gather diverse perspectives on product development.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to assess product performance and guide future enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights, using this information to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Prepare and present product strategy updates to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the user experience and customer satisfaction, ensuring that CoreWeave's products meet and exceed user expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management or product strategy, particularly within the cloud computing, AI, or infrastructure domains.
• A proven history of successfully developing and launching technology products that meet market demands.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning workloads, GPU computing, and cloud infrastructure is essential.
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking capabilities to drive product decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies, including Vera Rubin, Blackwell, Hopper, and Ada Lovelace GPUs.
• Experience with CoreWeave products such as Sandbox, ARIA, and Mission Control would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of MLPerf benchmarking and reporting practices is a plus.
• Previous experience in a startup environment can be beneficial.
