About the role
CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner to design and deliver programs that elevate our management and leadership capabilities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build training initiatives that support our rapid growth and technical culture. In this position, you will own the end-to-end strategy for management development programs, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of a high-growth technology company. You will act as a consultant to leaders across the organization, diagnosing challenges and crafting learning solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for integrating organizational values into all leadership development content and delivery. Your work will directly influence the capability and resilience of the management team as CoreWeave scales.

What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify leadership development priorities and performance gaps within the management team.
- Design and create innovative management training programs that address the specific challenges of scaling a cloud infrastructure business.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and coaching sessions that engage managers and promote active learning and skill application.
- Partner with department heads to co-develop targeted coaching interventions that solve real-time leadership obstacles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, from initial concept and design through execution, feedback collection, and impact measurement.
- Provide direct, one-on-one coaching and support to managers to enhance their team performance and retention outcomes.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable learning strategies that resonate with technical audiences.
- Curate and leverage instructional design methodologies to build engaging, scalable learning experiences for diverse learners.
- Integrate organizational values and cultural expectations into every aspect of leadership development content and facilitation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proven experience in designing and implementing management or leadership development programs within a high-growth environment.
- Show a strong ability to translate business goals into actionable learning strategies that drive measurable improvements in leadership capability.
- Exhibit strong facilitation and presentation skills for both small groups and large audiences, maintaining engagement and clarity.
- Possess experience working with technical teams or within the cloud infrastructure industry, understanding their unique challenges.
- Hold authorization to work in the United States, as this is a mandatory requirement for employment.
- Apply instructional design methodologies consistently to create structured, effective, and engaging learning pathways.
- Utilize performance management systems to align leadership development with broader organizational objectives.
- Employ leadership coaching frameworks to support the growth and development of managers at all levels.
