What you'll do
- Administer and configure core business systems to ensure high availability and performance while supporting global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions into our existing infrastructure without disrupting current workflows.
- Monitor system health, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise using structured diagnostic processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, user guides, and administrative workflows to support knowledge continuity.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols across all business platforms to uphold the principle of least privilege.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define system enhancements that align with evolving business needs.

- Partner with external vendors to evaluate, test, and deploy solutions that meet our technical and compliance standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business systems administration or a related technical role demonstrating a track record of managing complex environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS management principles in multi-tenant architectures.
- Ability to manage complex system integrations and data synchronization between platforms using established integration patterns.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical bottlenecks and implementing long-term solutions that improve system resilience.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment.
- Experience with administrative scripting or configuration management is required to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
