About the role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our internal business applications. What you'll do

• Administer and configure core business systems to ensure high availability and performance while supporting global operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions into our existing infrastructure without disrupting current workflows.
• Monitor system health, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise using structured diagnostic processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, user guides, and administrative workflows to support knowledge continuity.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols across all business platforms to uphold the principle of least privilege.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define system enhancements that align with evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business systems administration or a related technical role demonstrating a track record of managing complex environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS management principles in multi-tenant architectures.
• Ability to manage complex system integrations and data synchronization between platforms using established integration patterns.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical bottlenecks and implementing long-term solutions that improve system resilience.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment.
• Experience with administrative scripting or configuration management is required to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to adhering to internal policies, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to business systems.
