Account Executive - M&E
Job description
About the role
CoreWeave is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the Media and Entertainment sector. You will manage client relationships and provide specialized GPU compute solutions for complex rendering and production workloads. In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to creative and technical teams, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of our compute infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business that directly impacts the bottom line of our portfolio companies. The role requires a deep understanding of the production lifecycle and how technology can remove bottlenecks from creative workflows. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes regarding time-to-market and cost efficiency. Success in this position is defined by your ability to build long-term strategic partnerships rather than execute one-off transactions. This position demands a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, quota-driven environment where building consensus across creative and executive teams is paramount to securing and expanding market share.
Key facts
What you'll do
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the M&E industry by researching studio pipelines and production schedules to pinpoint where GPU compute constraints are hindering production velocity. Consult with studios and production houses to address their specific GPU compute and rendering infrastructure needs through discovery sessions and requirement gathering, ensuring solutions align with their unique creative and operational challenges. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process to mitigate risk and accelerate decision-making. Partner with technical teams to demonstrate how our infrastructure accelerates VFX and rendering pipelines through live proof-of-concept sessions and performance benchmarking that validate performance claims against current workflows. Articulate the value of cloud-based GPU infrastructure to technical and executive stakeholders by presenting data on cost savings, scalability, and operational simplicity, translating technical differentials into tangible ROI. Develop and maintain strong relationships with creative directors, IT managers, and studio executives to uncover strategic priorities and upcoming production launches, positioning CoreWeave as an integral partner in their production strategy. Own the forecasting and pipeline management for your book of business to ensure accurate revenue predictions and resource allocation, providing transparency and data-driven insights to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with solutions architects to design infrastructure blueprints that solve complex problems related to rendering, simulation, and real-time workflows, ensuring proposed architectures are robust, scalable, and cost-effective. Educate internal stakeholders on the nuances of M&E production cycles to inform product development and go-to-market strategies, ensuring our solutions evolve with the industry. Champion CoreWeave as the preferred infrastructure partner by consistently delivering exceptional service and insight beyond the initial sale, fostering long-term loyalty and driving expansion revenue within existing accounts.
