What you'll do

• Design and implement robust machine learning models to analyze large datasets, extracting actionable insights that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure the successful integration of data solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing recommendations based on findings.

• Participate in the design and execution of A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity, implementing processes for data validation and cleansing.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data concepts into understandable terms.
• Contribute to the development of the data science strategy, identifying opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance data collection and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data science or a similar analytical role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate insights.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
