What you'll do

• Design and develop integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and configure various integration services, including API Management, Workflow Management, and Event Mesh, to facilitate data exchange between systems.
• Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability before deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Document integration processes, architectures, and configurations to maintain clear and comprehensive records for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on existing integrations and recommending improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with other architects and developers to integrate SAP solutions with third-party applications and services effectively.
• Train and mentor junior developers on best practices in integration development and SAP BTP usage.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP integration development, with a strong focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP API Management.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, with experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Certification in SAP BTP or related technologies.
• Experience in working with data integration tools and ETL processes.
