About the role
As a Manager in the Royalty Audit team at Bamboohr, you will play a role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of royalty payments across the EMEA region. Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in royalty auditing, financial auditing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of royalty agreements and compliance issues.
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and leading complex projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
