What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each position.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines, offering insights and recommendations based on market trends.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, including attending job fairs and industry events.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to expand our reach and enhance our recruitment efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and effectiveness in our hiring processes.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and ensuring fair hiring practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
