What you'll do
Third-party vendors receive training on transparency data collection practices to maintain consistent and compliant reporting.
The team develops, implements, and continuously improves transparency-related trainings, processes, and work instructions.
The team develops and executes the Company's annual monitoring plan in collaboration with stakeholders to track compliance performance.
Presentations and reports are prepared to summarize compliance activities, findings, and trends for internal audiences.
The team manages multiple priorities and enables collaboration across departments to meet shared compliance objectives.
Role responsibilities include up to 10% travel as required by business needs.
You will analyze complex transparency datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement.
You will partner with legal, commercial, and operational leaders to embed compliance requirements into business initiatives.
You will assess the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements to meet evolving regulatory landscapes.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on compliance policies and procedures.
You will coordinate the collection and validation of transparency-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
You will contribute to the maturation of the compliance function by standardizing documentation and methodologies.
You will support the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures with a focus on transparency obligations.
You will facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Requirements
A B.S. degree or equivalent is required; relevant additional certifications are a plus.
7+ years of compliance experience within biotech or pharma is expected.
Strong experience with transparency reporting requirements and related laws and codes is necessary.
Data analysis and reporting skills drive insights and monitoring.
Work product is detail-oriented and demonstrates high standards in accuracy and quality.
Interpersonal skills enable communication with multiple departments at various levels.
Professionalism and ethical conduct are demonstrated when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Clear verbal and written skills support open and effective dialogue across the company.
Knowledge of applicable healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes is required.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams is necessary.

Compensation
The posting states a pay range of $180000 to $210.
