Regional business objectives are met by developing and implementing a compliant, data-driven territory strategy focused on scientific exchange.

Clinical trial site identification is supported for Clinical Development based on requirements.
KOLs interested in pipeline programs are identified and engaged through collaboration with Research and Scientific Affairs.

New Medical Affairs, Commercial, and cross-functional colleagues receive onboarding and ongoing training led by the field leader.

Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. An advanced medical or scientific degree is required.
Medical professional credentials are preferred.
At least 7 years of biotech or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience is required, including commercial launch experience.
At least 3 years of hematology/oncology experience is required; mastocytosis or MPN/MDS, and/or allergy/immunology experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success in supporting product launch(es) is required.
Established relationships with KOLs and HCPs in SM and/or GIST are preferred.
Demonstrated success collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in small- to mid-size biopharma is required.
Experience engaging relevant Market Access scientific teams is preferred.
A strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards is required.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret scientific literature and clinical data are required.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Creative problem-solving ability and a solutions-oriented mindset are required.
High adaptability, energy, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are required.

U.S. employment eligibility and an advanced degree are required; the role is remote with travel expectations.
Compensation band is $205,000 to $240,000 with a 20% target bonus.
