About the role
You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of a large-scale data modernization program for a premier international client, acting as a key architectural decision-maker throughout the engagement. This role requires you to design and implement high-performance backend services and intuitive data visualization layers that directly impact enterprise-level operations. You will be responsible for transforming complex, legacy data infrastructures into streamlined, maintainable, and scalable solutions using modern best practices. What you'll do
Investigate and dissect convoluted legacy data schemas to extract, transform, and optimize information architecture into robust Python-based reporting structures.
Architect and implement resilient backend APIs and business logic components utilizing Node.js and Python to serve complex enterprise workflows.
Develop sophisticated user interfaces and interactive data dashboards using ReactJS and Material-UI to deliver actionable insights with precision.
Analyze, refactor, and optimize high-transaction T-SQL scripts, SQL Server stored procedures, and database functions for peak performance and scalability.
Configure, manage, and maintain containerized application deployments within Kubernetes environments through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct in-depth code reviews and technical validations to enforce strict quality standards, comprehensive documentation, and methodical testing protocols.
Liaise continuously with distributed, cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure alignment on project milestones.
Perform detailed debugging and troubleshooting across the full stack to identify root causes and implement efficient, long-lasting solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns to recommend improvements that enhance system efficiency and developer productivity.
Champion the successful delivery of project objectives, managing timelines and deliverables to meet stringent client expectations.
Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models that support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Ensure all technical documentation is current, clear, and accessible to support ongoing maintenance and future development efforts.
Implement security best practices within backend services and frontend components to protect data integrity and user privacy.
Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance on coding standards, architectural principles, and effective problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
Possess 8 or more years of hands-on professional software engineering experience within complex, enterprise-grade full-stack development environments.
Demonstrate complete fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams on a daily basis.
Maintain proven, production-level development expertise in both Python and Node.js, with a strong track record of delivering reliable backend services.
Showcase extensive, hands-on proficiency with ReactJS, specifically when integrated with Material-UI, for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
Apply advanced, deep knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server, including complex query optimization, intricate stored procedure development, and rigorous performance tuning.
Exhibit solid experience in managing and deploying applications within Kubernetes clusters, coupled with a strong understanding of CI/CD platform infrastructure and automation.
Display a meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
Commit to adhering strictly to coding standards, version control best practices, and comprehensive documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
