What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop detailed project specifications and designs.

- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
- Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera.
- Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
