What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop detailed project specifications and designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

• Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
