What you'll do
- Lead and manage renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to develop project plans and specifications that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in renovation project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously, with a focus on residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
- A degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with sustainable building practices and green renovation techniques.
- Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, to assist in project planning.
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is an asset.
- Knowledge of property management processes and tenant relations.
