• Lead and manage renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in renovation project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously, with a focus on residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
• A degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainable building practices and green renovation techniques.
• Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, to assist in project planning.
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is an asset.
• Knowledge of property management processes and tenant relations.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus, given the diverse clientele in Ottawa.
