About the Role

The Condition Report Writer is responsible for the end-to-end management of vehicle condition documentation. Success in this position requires a high level of personal ownership and a commitment to precision. You will serve as the primary guardian of our inventory records, ensuring that every detail is captured correctly at every stage. Your work will directly influence the quality of our online listings and the reliability of the customer experience. This is a hands-on position that requires independent work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will focus on maintaining the integrity of our data from intake to listing. You will coordinate intake procedures to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles through our facilities. This involves performing thorough inspections that adhere to strict protocols, minimizing the risk of errors or future cancellations. You will work closely with logistics and wholesale teams to synchronize vehicle movement and data transfer, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and our records.

A core part of the role involves a detailed review of all captured information. You will verify records for completeness and accuracy before any vehicle progresses through the operational pipeline. This diligence supports the timely publication of listings and upholds our customer satisfaction standards. You will also play a key role in process optimization, using structured feedback and workflow observations to suggest and implement improvements to the reporting cycle.

Day-to-Day Operations

A significant portion of your time will be spent on-site managing the documentation lifecycle. Requirements

To succeed, you must meet specific criteria related to legal compliance and operational capability. A valid G2 Driver's License from Ontario is mandatory, and you must maintain a driving record that meets our safety standards. You have to be comfortable operating both manual and automatic vehicles as part of your daily responsibilities. Flexibility is essential, as you will adapt to varying schedules that include evenings and weekends.
