This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. You will own the end-of-day cleanliness and readiness of our vehicle inventory, directly impacting the customer's first impression and trust in our brand. This position requires consistent adherence to strict quality and time standards so that every car is showroom-ready for delivery. You will work as a key member of the operations team, supporting the broader mission of making car buying seamless and reliable for customers across Canada. Your efforts will be measured through vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
What you'll do
Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets). Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention. Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards. Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed. Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals. Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals.
Requirements
Post-secondary education is preferred. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. You must hold a minimum G2 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract. You are legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship requirements. You are available to work the evening shift schedule of Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. You are capable of performing physical tasks related to cleaning and handling equipment in a fast-paced setting. You are able to follow standardized procedures and meet defined quality and time targets consistently. You are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace while handling cleaning agents and equipment responsibly.
